PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF OUR POLICIES AS OUTLINED BELOW.
Payment & Refund policy
Payment must be made in full 10 days prior to event unless specified otherwise. . If payment is not made, we will make a decision whether or not to cater and deposit will be non-refundable.
If payment is made in full and the client decided to cancel the event after the required period of notice, The amount paid will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. *Please see Cancellations/postponements.
A deposit or full payment must be paid to secure any booking and correspondence of payment forward to firstname.lastname@example.org If a deposit is not paid, the booking will not be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable but can be exchangeable.
Cancellations & Postponements
Any event postponement must be discussed and agreed upon with management. This will only occur if the date is available for movement. Any cancellations must be done 7 days prior to the event an email to email@example.com
We have the right to refuse or cancel any job with 72 hours notice to a client and will communicate this directly with the client.
When any of our products are received please keep chilled and consume within 2 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to these terms and conditions the customer is agreeing to dispose of any food after this period. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
We hand deliver within a 15 mile radius of CR4 with a minimum spend of £65. Collection is welcomed.
For larger orders and event we travel further.
During busier periods or if other external factors play a part such as bad weather or traffic delays, deliveries may take a bit longer.
